I hadn’t heard of Irish Sea Moss until recently when I was reading about natural supplements. Every time I get blood work done, at least one of my numbers comes back low so it sparked my interest because sea moss contains 92 of the 102 minerals our body needs.⁣ ⁣ “Sea Moss is loaded with nutrients that are vital to the human body such as bromine, sulfur, calcium, iodine, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, potassium, beta-carotene, selenium, protein, pectin, zinc, vitamin-C and B-vitamins just to name a few.”⁣ ⁣ I thought, this is fascinating! I spent A LOT of time researching and decided to order the moss and give it a try to see if I can get a balance and see any improvements in my overall health.⁣ ⁣ My mom had heard of Irish Sea Moss and wanted me to order her some as well when I placed my order. She made a batch and you can see the consistency once it’s in a gel form for use over on my IG stories.⁣ ⁣ There are apparently many uses in addition to the minerals, sunburns, excema, combat inflammation and also some fun ways you can use Irish Sea Moss. ⁣ ⁣ As a face mask, in your bath time water. My daughter and I are going to do some face masks and I’m also going to add it to my smoothies this week and see how it goes.⁣ ⁣ Have you tried Irish Sea Moss?
